It would be easy to feel left out with all the nice going away parties that have been happening but being in a new city in a new country my wife and I had a quiet celebration over some nice sushi and sake. Thanks to all my far away friends and family for their calls and support.

Got the Kayaks delivered to
First Air in Ottowa, Sat 19th, they are being flown up tomorrow.
The Boys sound in good form.
It has the makings of a good trip.

Godspeed on a safe and exciting adventure! I managed to find some Internet access in Newfoundland and wanted to wish you all well! My circumnavigation has been amazing, as I'm sure your "vacation" will be as well :^) Looking forward to catching up when the dust settles!

If you're still in Pond and checking e-mail, when do you anticipate arriving in Grise Fiord? Safe kayaking! I'm the nurse here until August 16th- if you arrive before then I'm sure our paths will cross.
